1. Week checklist (tick as you go)

Copy into your notes app, or print this section. Use one AI chat app all week.

iswarp — First 7 days checklist
Tool I will use all week: _______________

[ ] Day 1 — Wrote the practice email with AI and checked 3 facts
    Lesson: https://edu.siwarp.si/guides/first-task.html
[ ] Day 2 — Changed one rule (length) and confirmed only that changed
    Lesson: https://edu.siwarp.si/guides/prompt-goal-format-boundaries.html
[ ] Day 3 — Found invented reason / decided Thursday / invented time; rewrote with facts only
[ ] Day 4 — Caught a wrong detail in a summary against the original notice
[ ] Day 5 — Did one small redacted task of my own (or shopping-list practice)
[ ] Day 6 — Saved one self-contained reusable prompt template
[ ] Day 7 — Did a new task without looking at examples + wrote one check sentence

After the week I will try next: writing / study / career / office (circle one)

2. Daily prompt shell (Goal · Format · Boundaries)

Use this every day. Swap only the facts. Leave secrets out.

Goal: [what you want done, in one sentence]
Format: [length and layout]
Boundaries: Use only the facts below. Do not invent names, dates, numbers or promises. If something is missing, ask me.
Facts:
- [fact 1]
- [fact 2]
Check after: facts unchanged · nothing added · questions are still questions.

3. Day-by-day starter prompts

These mirror the Lessons path. Copy one box per day into your AI chat.

Day 1 — Practice email

Goal: Write an email asking Alex whether we can move our meeting.
Context: I cannot attend our Tuesday meeting. I want to ask whether Thursday afternoon works instead. No new time has been agreed.
Audience: Alex, someone I meet regularly; tone: friendly and short.
Format: under 60 words, subject line + body.
Boundaries: Do not invent a reason, an exact time or a promise.

Done when: Tuesday = can’t attend; Thursday = question; no invented reason/time.

Day 2 — Change one rule

Use the same Alex facts as before.
Change only this: Format: under 35 words, subject line + body.
Boundaries stay the same: Do not invent a reason, an exact time or a promise.
Rewrite the email.

Done when: only the length changed; facts and questions unchanged.

Day 3 — Compare and fix

Here are my facts: I cannot attend our Tuesday meeting. I want to ask Alex whether Thursday afternoon works instead. No new time has been agreed.

Here is a draft email:
"Subject: Meeting moved to Thursday
Hi Alex, because of a family emergency I can't make Tuesday, so I've moved our meeting to Thursday at 2 pm. See you then!"

Rewrite the email using only my facts. Remove the invented reason and the exact time, and turn Thursday into a question. Keep it under 60 words with a subject line.

Done when: Thursday is a question; no reason; no exact time.

Day 4 — Catch a wrong detail

Here is an original notice:
"Riverside Library photo workshop. Date: November 6, 3 pm. Place: Room B. Sign up by: November 4."

Here is a summary:
"The photo workshop is on November 6 at 3 pm in Room D. Sign up by November 4."

Compare the summary with the notice line by line. List every difference. Then write a corrected one-sentence summary using only the notice.

Done when: you found Room B vs Room D yourself; corrected summary says Room B.

Day 5 — Your own small task (or practice)

Goal: Sort my shopping list into groups so it is quicker to shop.
Format: Three groups—Fruit and vegetables, Dairy, Other—as short bullet lists.
Boundaries: Use only the items below. Do not add or remove anything.
Items: apples, milk, rice, spinach, yoghurt, bananas, dish soap

Or fill the daily shell with a redacted real task. Done when: every item in the answer appears in your facts.

Day 6 — Save a reusable template

Goal: Write a short, friendly message to [who] about [what].
Format: Under 80 words. Include a subject line if it is an email.
Boundaries: Use only the facts below. Do not invent reasons, dates, times, numbers or promises. If something is missing, ask me first.
Facts:
- [fact 1]
- [fact 2]
Check after: facts unchanged · nothing added · questions are still questions.

Done when: template saved in your notes and tested once.

Day 7 — Solo check sentence

After I get the AI answer, I will write one sentence:
"I checked by comparing _____ with my facts, and I confirmed _____ was not invented."

Done when: you have one checked result + one sentence about how you checked.

4. Safety mini-checklist

Before pasting real work:
[ ] MFA / passkey on the sign-in I actually use
[ ] No passwords, keys, IDs, or unredacted client data in the chat
[ ] Names redacted to Client A / Project X when needed
[ ] Training / memory toggles set once (see Account & safety)
